Intellicess has been selected as one of four startups for the 2026 Rose Rock Bridge program, a competitive initiative that drew 85 applicants from across the country. The award, based on a showcase event held in Tulsa on June 17, 2026, gives Intellicess a share of $400,000 in non-dilutive funding and a year-long opportunity to pilot and scale our technology with real industry partners in Tulsa.

Rose Rock Bridge is built around a “discover, derisk, deploy” model, pairing selected companies with mentorship, energy industry partners, and University of Tulsa collaboration to validate technology in real operating environments. This year’s cohort, which also includes startups from Colorado and Florida, has collectively raised over $2 million and already has a track record of piloting with major energy companies.

For Intellicess, this is a chance to expand the reach of our hybrid physics and machine learning based real-time drilling analytics, which have already processed data from more than 5,000 wells worldwide, and to put that technology directly into the hands of operators and rig contractors. We’re proud to be recognized alongside such a strong cohort and look forward to what this next year in Tulsa will bring for Sentinel RT and Liken.

The Intellicess team was pleased to host a booth at the annual Geothermal Rising conference in Kona, Hawaii, October 27-30, 2024.

Geothermal Rising is one of the preeminent conferences for all things Geothermal.  Attendees get to hear the latest advances in the Geothermal space from industry leaders, discuss their latest technologies, and seek out opportunities for collaboration.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Yuanhang Chen, PhD, of Louisiana State University (LSU), presented an update on a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Ocean Energy Safety Institute (OESI) grant entitled, “Developing and Field-Testing a New Framework for Identifying and Integrating Leading Indicators of Offshore Loss of Well Control Events,” at the Offshore Operators Committee (OOC) 2024 General meeting. This grant is a joint effort among Intellicess, LSU, and Blade Energy Partners.

Grant recipients including Occidental Petroleum, NOV, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Louisiana State University, Texas A&M, Intellicess and several others, met in Houston on June 6th at the Oxy campus to kick off their Department of Energy Geothermal project. Dubbed “GLADE,” for Geothermal Limitless Approaches to Drilling Efficiencies, the project will be focused on dramatically increasing the Rate of Penetration in what is typically known to be extremely difficult drilling conditions.

Intellicess, Inc., presented “An Open Source Data Aggregation Platform on a Rig,” at the IADC DEC Q3 Technology Forum In Houston, TX on September 25. Dr Pradeep Ashok, Intellicess President and CTO, presented on behalf of the company.

Intellicess will be presenting its core product Sentinel at the SPE URTEC conference in Houston, on July 24th at 11:30 AM. The presentation will be at the U-Pitch Pavilion on the Exhibit Floor. Pradeep Ashok, Intellicess’ chief technology officer, and Michael Behounek, Apache Corporation senior drilling advisor presented “Agile Application of Real-Time Data Analytics Through a Modern Data Aggregation and Distribution System” at the NorTex OTC 2018 Digitalization Workshop on May 2 in Houston.

The goal is to share information about current projects across borders and entities as well as strengthening partnership and collaboration.
